THE TRUST VISION APPROACH

Your story deserves
careful attention.

A productive first conversation starts with your circumstances—not a promise about the outcome.

Understand the person

We begin with your work, family and plans for life in Singapore. That context shapes the preparation, questions and next steps we discuss with you.

Make the details count

Bring order to your records. We help identify gaps, reconcile dates and organise supporting information so your application accurately reflects your circumstances.

Keep the process clear

Understand what you need to prepare and what remains your responsibility. You review your information and make your own declarations through the official process.

ROOM TO GROW. REASONS TO STAY.

The big decision.
The little moments.

Weekend discoveries. Time with grandparents. Watching your children find their place. Your plans for Singapore are personal—and that is where our conversation begins.

START WITH YOUR ROUTE

Where does your
journey begin?

Eligibility is the starting point. It is not an approval prediction.

This overview focuses on common routes. Check ICA’s current criteria for your exact circumstances.

View official ICA eligibility
01

Working in Singapore

Employment Pass and S Pass holders can apply under ICA’s listed eligibility categories.

02

Joining your family

Routes include spouses of citizens or PRs, qualifying unmarried children under 21, and aged parents of adult Singapore citizens. Sponsorship conditions apply.

03

Other pathways

ICA also lists qualifying students and foreign investors. These have distinct requirements and should be reviewed separately.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO NEXT STEPS

A clear way forward.

Thoughtful preparation, with you involved at each stage.

01

Profile discussion

Talk through your background, application history and goals. Identify the relevant route and questions to resolve.

02

Preparation plan

Agree the scope of support and organise the records needed for your circumstances.

03

Careful review

Check completeness and consistency. Review every detail before making declarations and submitting through ICA.

04

Next-step support

Understand follow-up requests and the instructions in your outcome letter. ICA controls assessment and timing.

PREPARE WITH PURPOSE

Good preparation starts
with good records.

Gather documents against the official checklist for your category. A generic bundle is no substitute for checking your own requirements.

Identity & family

Check the required personal and relationship records for everyone involved.

Education & employment

Prepare relevant qualifications, employment records and income evidence. Check the required dates and periods.

Translations & consistency

Follow ICA’s translation requirements. Review names, dates and details across the form and supporting records.

Keep original records safe. Do not send identity documents through our general enquiry form.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Clarity before
commitment.

PR is a long-term decision. Take time to understand both the application and the responsibilities that come with it.

Can Trust Vision guarantee approval?

No. ICA decides every application. Our role is preparation and guidance; we do not promise approval, priority treatment or a particular success rate.

Do I need a consultant to apply?

No. You can apply directly through ICA. Consider support if you want help organising records, understanding the preparation process and reviewing your information.

What does ICA consider?

ICA assesses factors including family connections, economic contribution, qualifications, age, family profile and time spent in Singapore. There is no approval score or fixed outcome promised by this page.

Can a Work Permit holder apply?

A Work Permit alone is not a listed PR eligibility route. However, someone may qualify separately through a family relationship or another ICA category. Review the complete circumstances rather than the pass alone.

How long will an application take?

ICA generally processes complete applications within six months; some take longer. Consultancy support cannot shorten or guarantee the assessment period.

What if an earlier application was unsuccessful?

We can discuss what has changed in your circumstances and review the preparation. A previous rejection does not reveal every reason for ICA’s decision, and resubmitting unchanged information is not a strategy we would recommend.

Are there National Service responsibilities?

Male applicants should check the applicable National Service obligations before applying, particularly for applications under parental sponsorship or student routes. Read ICA’s guidance and consult CMPB for your situation.

How do I start, and what will it cost?

Start with an enquiry outlining your current pass, family situation and application history. Request a written service scope and quotation before committing. Government charges are separate from consultancy fees.

chapter look like?
